2 cup cooked rice. 1/2 cup curd. 1 cup milk. 1 tsp butter. 2 pinches of Hing, salt. For seasoning: 2 tsp gingerly oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 green chillies sliced into halves. 1/2 tsp ginger cut into small pieces. 1 dried red chilli. curry leaves.
Mix together the rice, milk, butter,hing and salt. Heat oil and add all ingredients for tempering. Allow to splutter and pour over rice mixture. Serve with any Curry.
